We’re looking for our first dedicated business development partner to open doors, build relationships with senior executives, and help us land transformational projects. This is a ground-floor opportunity with uncapped earning potential for someone entrepreneurial, well-connected, and ready to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with executives & decision-makers at mid-to-large organizations
- Identify opportunities where PRAKTIKAI can deliver high-impact data & AI solutions
- Lead the early sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, relationship-building
- Collaborate with our consulting team on proposals and client pitches
- Represent PRAKTIKAI at industry events, client meetings, and executive dinners
Who You Are
- 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (consulting or tech preferred)
- Strong network or ability to connect with senior business leaders
- Consultative approach — focused on trust, value, and long-term relationships
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven, comfortable in an early-stage, fast-changing environment
Compensation
This role is 100% commission-based only at this time, and may be performed on either a full-time or part-time basis. Commissions are uncapped and tied to project revenue you help secure. As the role and business evolve, this compensation structure will change also.
